Established in 2000 by Dr. OkechukwuErondu an accomplished University don, who has made appreciable impact on Radiography and Medical Imaging in Nigeria, his passion for quality, cost effectiveness and exceptional patient care continues to be our core principles today.JOB BRIEF:We are looking for experienced personnel to supervise daily support operations of one of our branches and to plan the most efficient administrative procedure. You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments. The ideal candidate will be well versed in departmental procedures and policies and should be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes. Asses staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the branch to facilitate other business operations. Manage roster, schedules and deadlines Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation. Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities etc Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments. Ensure utmost customers satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with customers Establish and implement business practices and policies and ensure they align with those of corporate interests Keep close tabs on the branch and identify potential avenues of increased revenueREQUIREMENTS Applicants should possess a minimum of BSC in Social Science or any related course. In-depth understanding of office management and procedures Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles Proficient in MS Office An analytical mind with problem solving skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities A team player with leadership skills
