BSS Consulting Limited, a leading Outsourcing practitioner company with clients in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Power, Telecom, Banking and Hospitality across the country; urgently requires experienced Full Time candidates to fill the position below:Responsibilities Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer services Liaise and negotiate with client Resolve any arising problems or complaints Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs Develop business by gaining new contracts, analysing logistical problems and producing new solutions Implement health and safety procedures Manage staff training issues Develop logistics along with support plans, budget requirements and deployment timelines for new operations. Develop logistical plans for current operations and logistics contingency plans. Design and develop standard operating methods to manage logistics operations efficiently. Ensure all supervised staff members are trained as well as cross-trained adequately. Identify added logistic training requirements to attain high working standards. Ensure logistics requirements take gender-specific needs into consideration. Develop and execute logistics support policy, processes and methodologies to general benefit of all mission units. Qualifications Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent. A registered member of Chartered Institute of Logistic & Transport (CITL) would be an added advantage. Experience: 2 - 5 Years field logistic experience. The candidate must reside in Lagos and ready to travel within the country.
