3. Landmark Centre, Victoria Island

The Landmark Centre is strategically positioned on the beachfront of the Atlantic Ocean in Victoria Island, Lagos. It is fully air-conditioned, marquee sited on about 40,000 square metres of land, with a private beach as compliment.

It has an uninterrupted power supply from a 350 kva generator with a similar power generating set on standby.

Parking is not a problem, as the lot can take well over 1,000 vehicles. A guest of about 1,600 to 2,500 will be well seated. With N4,500,000 and other minor charges for the PA and lighting systems, which are readily available, you can have an out of the world experience.

The Dorchester event centre is situated on Water Corporation drive, off Ligali Ayorinde, Victoria Island. It offers a space for 1,500 persons for Banquet sitting; and 4, 000 persons (for Theatre-Style sitting).
It also has a large parking space, fully air-conditioned hall with standby silent generator. All you need to have your event at Dorchester, is a sum of N2,760,000.

5. Civic Centre, Victoria Island

The Civic Centre is located on Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue, just opposite the popular 1004, Victoria Island. It is one great delight of a venue, where most celebrities love to host their shows. It has a grand banquet hall that serves very perfectly for large corporate and social functions.
At least 600 to 1,000 persons can hold a conference or cocktail party within its hall. The price to host your event there varies, for weekend the sum of N2,500,000 is required, while on weekdays, N1,800,000 would be just enough.
